1/2 cup Tamarind Jalsa
1 teaspoon soy sauce (I like low sodium)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, diced (optional)

Combine Tamarind Jalsa, soy sauce, olive oil, honey and diced garlic in a bowl and whisk to combine. 

Use to marinade and serve with your favorite grilled meat, fish, veggies or tofu.
